WATCH: Biden Speaks In Pennsylvania And It’s Exactly The Disaster You’d Expect

Are we all just being punked? The Biden Presidency has to just be the longest-running joke ever, right? So when is the joke over, because this is getting so old. Joe Biden rarely has any idea what he’s saying or what’s going on. And often, the public doesn’t have any idea, either. Here are just a few clips from a speech he gave in Pennsylvania to tout his infrastructure spending bill and to campaign for the ailing Senate candidate, John Fetterman.

Here, Biden claims he “signed into law a once-in-a-generation investment… over a billion 200, a trillion, 200 billion dollars.” Yeah, he has a lot of trouble with numbers…

Here he accuses *someone* of intentionally cutting the sound to his mic, saying, “Well, I’ll tell you what, I knew he’d come here and do this.” Who, Joe? Who do you think came here to do this to you? Also, why do they always have him speaking into a microphone he holds when there are always functioning microphones right in front of him? Is it perhaps so they have control to turn off the mic he’s holding if they need to? Hmm…

Here, Biden tells John Fetterman’s wife, Gisele (he seems to mispronounce her name), that she’s “gonna be a great lady in the Senate.” I guess Joe Biden knows as well as anyone that John Fetterman isn’t fit to be in office and knows that Gisele will likely follow in Jill Biden’s footsteps by basically running things for her incapable husband behind-the-scenes.

Now, I’m not even sure what to think of this one. I don’t have any idea what he’s talking about. He’s just rambling about locks and weirdly (and creepily) inserts, “Don’t forget the lock, John,” in a deeper voice. Then he starts to go into something about “a Scranton guy,” but he doesn’t know where he’s going with it, so he just brushes it off and moves on.

To finish things off, Biden turns away from the podium and sort of looks around lost, turning this way and that, before finally hustling off the stage as directed by his handlers.

Fetterman’s weird neck growth is so huge that it actually forces his head forward, making his head look photoshopped onto his body. Seriously, what is that thing and why does everyone pretend like it isn’t suuuuper weird and deserving of an explanation?
