New Democrat Strategy To Watch For: Blaming FUTURE GOP-Led Congress For Any Economic Hardships Over The Next Two Years.
This is a freaking WACK-A$$ take from Rachel Maddow Ranae Holland Chris Hayes.
Ok let’s unpack and untangle that for a moment. Chris Hayes is suggesting that if/when the GOP retakes control of either the House or the Senate or both, that they will ACTIVELY TRY TO HURT the economy in order to win the White House in 2024.
This is next level batsh*ttery, y’all.
But also, it’s typical Democrat strategy. Implement horrible policies, blame the effects of those policies on the GOP, rinse, repeat.
But it’s particularly sinister if you really think through how this’ll play out. Say the GOP DOES regain control of Congress. ALL OF A SUDDEN, we’ll be in the recession that Democrats are currently very busy denying that we’re in. Come December, before the GOP Congress even gets sworn in, every economic woe will be the fault of the GOP who has fought AGAINST every policy that has caused the woe. It’ll be CALLED the “GOP Recession” and since Biden will still be in office, the GOP will be blamed for obstructing all of the inflation reducing measures Biden is desperate to try. Just watch.

Oh yeah, Democrats have always been kings and queens of deflection.
An easy prediction to make. Mentally-challenged anchors on MSNBC happily showing their cards on their next mantra. Of course anyone with a functioning brain would be asking, “how could the economy get anymore screwed up?”
So what will happen if republicans don’t take Congress and the economy craters? Oh wait, I forgot: the same thing.
Isn’t he missing his jammies and hot chocolate?
It is about 75% Democrats’ fault, but Republicans have been voting for the out of control spending too (and Trump, young Bush, old Bush, Reagan, etc., all the way back to Coolidge, signed it). A few slowed it down, but they didn’t stop it. Vote accordingly.
