He’s clearly reading from prepared remarks, which makes this all the more insane. His team likely not only OK’d this but WROTE IT FOR HIM. They are helping him lie, time after time, about things that have been proven to be lies.
And the worst part? He’s doing it to try to show the people devastated by the recent hurricane that he can empathize and relate to them, because he went through the basically the same thing. I’m sorry but that is LEGIT DISGUSTING. Biden didn’t lose “an awful lot of his home.” He had some kitchen damage. That’s it. I probably went through more inconvenience when we had our kitchen remodeled a few years back, and I wouldn’t DREAM of trying to compare that inconvenience to the destruction of a hurricane in the presence of that hurricane’s victims. OMG.
