September 23, 2022I know there are tons of clips showing how utterly nonsensical John Fetterman has been on the campaign trail. But like – what even is this.
Who does he want to send back to New Jersey? WHAT?!?!
Look. I know he’s trying to gain pity from constituents because he had a stroke. And I wish he hadn’t had a stroke. I don’t wish strokes on people. I HAD a mini-stroke for crying out loud. But if I’d had a significant stroke, as he had, and it legitimately affected my ability to be coherent, to think clearly, and to communicate effectively, I would have the freaking common sense to NOT RUN FOR THE FREAKING SENATE.
And what’s worse than him running for Senate? The morons who support him. The idiots in that crowd who cheer when he says “Send us back to New Jersey” as if it makes Actual Sense. WTF.

You do make a great point scotiafilio. Dr. Oz is a liberal in many ways. Yes I think Fetterman is a HORRIBLE candidate. But unfortunately you can’t deny that Dr. Oz is not that much better.
I don’t think Fetterman’s perceived “competence”, or lack of it, has anything to do with his lead in the polls. Judging from photos of his public campaign appearances, I think I know why he’s ahead.
Look at the crowds he speaks to. Most are blue-collar working Democrats, and don’t get me wrong. I grew up in a blue collar union Democrat family and I have a lot of respect for them.
They support Fetterman because they see him as “one of us”. They don’t see Oz that way. They see him as a rich carpet bagger from New Jersey. That’s why Fetterman will win – warts and all. It’s that simple.
