Before being a Chick on the Right on the radio, I worked in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting/HR for 20+ years. I liked sourcing and hiring people, and I was good at it. Sometimes hiring managers would make selections I didn’t always agree with, but for the most part, I have pretty good intuition about people and whether or not they’d fit in the jobs I had open at any given time.
If I were to return to the world of HR (which, to be clear, I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER DO), I would last for approximately 87 seconds. And the reason is because of nonsense like this.
They want to change policy to force others to gender them correctly or face consequences for misgendering pic.twitter.com/th5tiNiBLY

This chick seems utterly baffled by the fact that people see her as a chick. and she wants there to be consequences for the people who misgender her. I mean, I don’t know how to tell her this, but the reason that people see her as a chick likely has something to do with the fact that she’s clearly a chick with gender dysphoria.
It seems as though she’s a student and not a faculty member, but let’s suppose for a moment that she just graduated and was looking for a job. If I were in a position of hiring people at whatever organization she might apply to, I would instantaneously put her in the “NO” pile, PURELY BECAUSE these are the exact kinds of people who create never-ending drama and headaches for Employee Relations people. They’re EXHAUSTING.
“But MOCK!” some of you might be thinking, “YOU CANNOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PEOPLE BECAUSE OF THEIR GENDER IDENTITY.”
Ok, that might be so legally, but HR people have a lot of latitude to make recruiting decisions based on cultural fit. And while the HR people at universities likely have a lot more interest in diversity recruiting now than they did back in my HR days (because today’s universities are so sickeningly woke and their livelihoods depend on conformity), they are literally creating problems every time they hire someone who demands that everyone not just accept them but play along with their delusions.
Sure, she’ll find a job at some woke company, but the Employee Relations folks will absolutely rue the day that the HR team brought her on board, because of precisely this kind of attitude. She will NEVER not encounter people who refuse to play her pronoun games, and those people will ALWAYS OUTNUMBER the genderbending folks. So companies have a decision to make. Are they going to fire everyone who’s there to do a job and not deal with pronoun drama, or are they going to avoid hiring people who cause the pronoun drama?
It’s simple math, really. And whether or not today’s HR folks want to admit it, they’ll do themselves and their companies a huge favor by avoiding hiring people who insist on creating pronoun drama.
And this is why I’ll never ever ever ever ever be in HR again. 🙂

That’s not someone with gender dysphoria, that’s just a narcissist trying to exert control over everyone around her
There is literally nothing about this person that is masculine. Not even the bullying.
