This is so grossly unfair to anyone with an Actual Brain. But this is a leftist-run city, and this is the kind of bullcrap you have to deal with in leftist-run cities, where the policies are written such that criminals get away with crimes without consequence, and law abiding citizens fear for the lives and livelihoods.

Does this mean that SF is going to clean all that ugly, gang related, revolting and often obscene language and signs graffitied all over public property? Of course, the rules expect the people will be caught and actively punished, and they aren’t bothering with that part.
Granted, they’ll have to stand on needles/ manure to scrub it, but that is their job to clean up too.
She needs to just do the graffitti herself and call it “art”.
