The SCOTUS EPA Ruling Brings All The Leftist Hysteria To The Yard

In case you’ve been under a rock, or you’ve been too busy watching Liz Cheney’s high school theatre production, you may have missed that the Supreme Court ruled to reduce the EPA’s authority to regulate carbon emissions.

The 6-3 decision overturned a lower court ruling that gave the federal agency virtually unlimited regulatory powers through the Clean Air Act. 

The case — West Virginia v. EPA — stems from the agency adopting the Affordable Clean Energy rule in 2019 to replace the Obama-era Clean Power Plan, which was being repealed by the Trump administration after its implementation was blocked by a 2016 Supreme Court ruling.

Of course, Democrat states are appealing, while Republican states understand how the country actually freaking works. You know, much like the abortion ruling. Take the power away from an entity that has no RIGHT to have it and return that power to the people…where it belongs.

And the liberal rags like Rolling Stone don’t help with their crazy, either:

Yes, Liz Mac. YEEEESSSSSS. What is it with liberals these days? They do NOT KNOW how our government works. How America works. How the Founders intended for us to work. It’s as if everyone on that side of the aisle skipped any and all civics classes ever offered in the history of ever.

The Supreme Court may very well be the entity that actually saves our republic. Because holy crap, there’s a lot of stupid out there.
