I can honestly say I never expected to write that headline. 🙂
But here we are.
If you missed out on last week’s (or perhaps the week before? I can’t remember) viral video of Christina Aguilera performing at a recent Pride event wearing a giant green dong and simulating masturbation with it, then please consider yourself lucky and then also consider NOT watching video of it below, because it’s not something you can unsee.
Now then. If you’re a normal human being, you might be asking yourself, “Self – how exactly does a chick wearing a giant green dong and simulating masturbation with it support gay pride?”
It’s not an unreasonable question. But it’s one that packs a better punch when it comes from someone who actually is a lesbian, like Chelsea below.
@chelseaelaine4 @Christina Aguilera Please explain the thought process behind this.

There are plenty of gay/lesbian conservatives who probably steer clear of pride parades and parties for just this reason – they’re just over-the-top, explicitly vulgar, pointless displays of depravity, and not at all anything to be proud of. Why would any self-respecting gay person want to be a part of that? Why would simulating sex acts in public be something to take pride in?
So the question is a good one. What IS the thought process here? What message is Christina Aguilera sending to people about the LGBT community?
Thoughts?

Too bad Chelsea’s video was removed by tik tok. But yeah it’s not a celebration anymore, it’s activism. And whenever the left does any sort of activism, it’s almost always extremely disturbing or violent filled.
The problem is that homosexual was once considered a sexual perversion and their efforts were to normalize that perversion. They are still fighting to normalize perversion instead of simply homosexuality. One of the hallmarks of the Left is their ability to blur lines between ideas which can be useful but in far too many cases is detrimental as they miss very obvious distinctions.
Finally, some common sense! I had the very same thoughts. Very refreshing to hear and I suspect many in Chelsea’s community feel the same way.
