This Is An Actual Honest-To-Goodness Real Not Satirical Completely Serious Herald Sun Headline. I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP.

Now, I’m not a person who would pay Actual Money to read that article, which is behind a paywall. But I saw the journal article the Herald Sun piece refers to right here.

In short, the journal article says, “Our measurements suggest that in the absence of symptoms such as coughing or sneezing, the importance of speech-generated aerosol in the transmission of respiratory diseases is far greater than generally recognized.”

That’s just what we need. A study that suggests that “speech-generated aerosol” is something that needs to be controlled or manipulated or stopped entirely. I mean, just look at how the Herald Sun went straight to restricting speech. They are LITERALLY SUGGESTING that people give others the silent treatment so as to not spread Covid. You KNOW the more insane world leaders – like Trudeau and Arden, for example, will JUMP ALL OVER a reason to restrict people from talking. That’s right up their alley.
